These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mahoganybeatz.com (the “Site”), operated by Mahogany Beatz LLC (“Mahogany Beatz,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with how it works, try to gain unauthorized access to it, or copy or scrape its content. We may change, suspend or end access to any part of the Site at any time.

The text, photographs, video, design, logos and other original material on the Site, including the Mahogany Beatz name, are owned by Mahogany Beatz LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create works from them without our prior written permission.
04Album artwork and third-party marks
Album covers, soundtrack artwork and artist names shown on the Site belong to their respective record labels, artists and rights holders. They are displayed only to identify recordings that Mahogany Beatz produced or contributed to. Their display does not mean those parties endorse or are affiliated with this Site.
05Books and purchases
Books by Imsomie Leeper are sold through third-party retailers, including Bookspace (paperback) and Amazon (Kindle). Purchases, payments, shipping, returns and refunds are handled by those retailers under their own terms and policies. Any music licensing, production or other services are provided under separate written agreements.
06Links to other sites
The Site links to websites we do not control, such as Loops and Kicks, Mahogany Voice AI Inc., book retailers and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and you use them at your own risk.
07Submissions
If you send us feedback, ideas or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to operate and improve our business. Please do not send unsolicited music, demos or creative work unless we have asked for it.
